The judge of the case of Alberto González Amador has been planted in front of his attempts to delay investigation for tax fraud. Isabel Díaz Ayuso's couple entrepreneur has once again requested this Monday delaying the cause waiting for the Provincial Court to decide an appeal against his imputation for two more crimes. However, Judge María Immaculate Iglesias has replied that there is no reason because both are separate pieces, judicial sources report. After this, Amador has told the judge that he was delighted to collaborate, but that his lawyers have recommended that he did not declare.
Amador's two lawyers have not convinced the judge even though they have claimed that the audience's decision is “imminent.” They have also claimed that advancing with the case would violate the rights of their client because, they have asserted, without the resolution of the Madrid audience, the object of the investigation is unknown.
That decision of the hearing is key because in June Amador wanted to close the cause for fiscal fraud with a blame pact, in exchange for a minor penalty that allows him to avoid jail. However, that agreement is not convenient for him since he was charged in October for new crimes, unfair administration and corruption in business. If you face two convictions, you could end after bars.
The magistrates of the Third Section met on Wednesday, but the decision has not yet been notified. The usual thing is that these decisions take days or even weeks to be known, until the resolution is written and has the approval of the three competent magistrates. If there is no unanimity, decisions are usually delayed.
Judge Iglesias, head of the number 19 of instruction, opened the investigation for fiscal fraud almost 11 months ago and has barely advanced because four previous citations were suspended for different reasons. After this Monday, Iglesias has decided to give a boost to the procedure by citing two finance inspectors who investigated Amador. The statement, by 10.00, seeks to ratify or clarify their reports, as the country has known.
Ayuso's couple could resume the blame pact at any time before the trial, but should have the approval of the Prosecutor's Office and the State Advocacy. In June, he closed an agreement to three bands for which he admitted an eight -month prison sentence and 491,000 euros of a fine. But that agreement jumped through the air when the judge agreed to study the expansion of the investigations of new crimes, as requested by the popular accusations of PSOE and more Madrid.
More Madrid is confident that the audience will allow new accusations. “It would be very strange for the Provincial Court not to support the judge and avoid a fairly well justified crimes investigation,” the deputy of that party Hugo Martínez Abarca told the courts.
Amador entered through the back door of the Judicial Building of Plaza Castilla at 10 am, just at the time he was cited. Inside, only the presence of communication agencies was allowed by a decision of the dean judge that was adopted after in May of last year Amador hid from journalists fleeing through the halls and disguising himself with a wig.
After about 40 minutes, he left the main door and walked in a quick pace in search of a taxi, accompanied by another man who has not been able to be identified. While it was followed by the group of journalists who waited on the street, he hit the forehead with a television camera. The entrepreneur was mounted in the painful car, with his hand in the temple.

Ayuso: “He has been attacked”
Asked for today's view, the Madrid president has insisted on her false narrative that the judicial process opened against her boyfriend for political motivations. “An inspection of the Treasury that at most should have ended, at most, in fine, has reached the state case,” he said at a press conference, during a visit to Extremadura. “They need to tie, or give the feeling that we are all equal here,” he said about judicial investigations that affect the Government of Pedro Sánchez. “And they pretend that all that mountain, all that is dating, that is equated with a fiscal inspection that if not my partner would not have been something that had passed from the Treasury.”
The truth is that the Tax Agency was obliged to raise inspection to the Prosecutor's Office because two requirements were met: the disappointed was greater than 120,000 euros and there was a deliberate will to commit fraud. In the 2022 year, 184 processes for crimes against the Public Treasury were initiated.
Although the images show that it was an accident, Ayuso has affirmed that today his partner was hit by Posta by the cameraman. “It has been attacked by a camera. It has not been beaten. No no. He has assaulted a camera because a minimum security and respect device has not been put. ”
And he has spun this with an attack on the Government delegate, Francisco Martín, for not putting a security device, although there were no protesters at the door. “He has not been able to put a minimum device, knowing that this is a political trial and that he was going to have so many cameras. And that among a citizen on foot and that he has to go out with his forehead as he has come out after being beaten is unassumable, unasumable. What would happen if it were the woman or husband of any minister? ”
Amador's lawyers have taken advantage of the noise generated by the president. They have requested the deanery of the courts to reinforce protection in future judicial appointments, according to sources from the Community of Madrid.
Nor have they wanted to declare on Monday the other four entrepreneurs charged for alleged collaboration with Amador. Three of them are the residents of a Sevillian people, Arahal, David Herrera Lobato and the Brothers Agustín and José Miguel Carrillo Saborido. The fourth, the Mexican Maximiliano Eduardo Niéderer, has also presented to say that he does not declare. His presence in the courts has been a surprise since the judicial authorities had not been able to locate him for almost a year.
The cause for fiscal fraud was opened by Iglesias on March 20 of last year, after an investigation by the Treasury that lasted more than a year and a half. According to the investigation, Amador defrauded 350,910 euros by presenting business invented in the declarations of the 2020 and 2021 Corporation Tax of his company Maxwell Cremona, dedicated to making consulting to obtain quality seals.
The judge opened a new piece in October to investigate Amador for the crimes of unfair administration and corruption in business. It was based on the same inquiries of the file he received from the Treasury and made this decision because the popular accusations of PSOE and more Madrid were requested, which considered that the facts found out by the Tax Agency had lace in more criminal types.
