[Trending News] First Alert: Cold rain Tuesday night, then sharply colder

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Expect a mix of sun and clouds for Alabama on Tuesday with afternoon highs warming only into the upper 50s to lower 60s. Clouds will thicken late, then a large mass of moderate rain overspreads Alabama between midnight and sunrise on Wednesday.

This will be a cold, soaking rain with temperatures in the 40s.

The rain ends Wednesday morning and temperatures will quickly drop behind the front. Overnight lows will plunge into the mid 20s both Wednesday night AND Thursday night!
