[Trending News] Drama and more drama! FourthRaro leads first day of tests

Yamaha's Fabio Quartararo, led ahead of Marc Marquez on the first day of the 2025 MotoGP Sepang test at a time when current champion Jorge Martin suffered a strong fall.

Yamaha's factory pilot finished the day as the fastest pilot of all, with 1m57.555s, while performing an evaluation program of three M1.

In total, Yamaha has 12 motorcycles among the brand riders, Pramac and test rider Augusto Fernandez, while looking to climb the grill and improve the performance of their bikes before the beginning of the first race.

FourthRaro led at the end of the second hour with 1m57.999s, before improving to 1m57,754s. With just over half an hour to the end, Fourthraro has established a new 1m57.555s mark, which is just over a second of the record back in Sepang.

The 2021 world champion was challenged at the end by Ducati Lenovo Team's factory rider Marc Marquez, who recorded 1m57.606s after completing 54 laps with GP25.

Spanish pilot “guided” his brother who was running at Gresini Ducati, Alex Marquez, who briefly led his way on Wednesday, with rookie teammate Fermin Adeguer at 0.297s away.

Aldeguer participated in last week's Shakedown, hence his impressive position in the first day classification.

Wednesday's great news was the big accident of the current world champion Martin, who was designed from his Aprilia in Curve 2 at the beginning of the day.
