Phạm Minh Chính là ai?
Phạm Minh Chính (sinh ngày 10 tháng 12 năm 1958) là một chính trị gia nổi bật của Việt Nam, hiện giữ chức vụ Thủ tướng Chính phủ nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Ông là Đảng viên Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam, có học hàm Phó Giáo sư và là Tiến sĩ Luật, được đào tạo chuyên sâu trong các lĩnh vực về an ninh và quản lý nhà nước.
Ông Chính có quê quán tại tỉnh Thanh Hóa và đã có một quá trình học tập và công tác dài hạn trong hệ thống chính trị của Việt Nam. Ông đã hoàn thành chương trình đào tạo lý luận chính trị cao cấp tại Trường Đảng cao cấp (hiện nay là Học viện Chính trị Quốc gia Hồ Chí Minh). Trước khi đảm nhiệm vị trí Thủ tướng, ông đã từng giữ nhiều vị trí quan trọng trong chính phủ và Đảng, bao gồm Ủy viên Bộ Chính trị của các khóa 12 và 13, cùng với chức vụ Bí thư Trung ương Đảng.
Từ tháng 4 năm 2021, ông Phạm Minh Chính được bầu làm Thủ tướng Chính phủ, trong bối cảnh đất nước đối mặt với nhiều thách thức, đặc biệt là trong công tác phòng chống dịch bệnh COVID-19. Ông cũng là một trong những nhà lãnh đạo có ảnh hưởng trong các vấn đề quốc phòng và an ninh, thể hiện qua vai trò của mình là Phó Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quốc phòng và An ninh.
Với những kiến thức vững vàng và kinh nghiệm phong phú trong lĩnh vực chính trị và an ninh, Phạm Minh Chính đã có những đóng góp quan trọng cho sự phát triển kinh tế – xã hội của Việt Nam, cũng như tham gia tích cực vào các diễn đàn quốc tế nhằm nâng cao vị thế của đất nước trên trường thế giới.
