[Trending News] Young Polish who claims to be Maddie presents new genetic proof that shows that she is the daughter of Gerry McCann – Executive Digest

The young Polish Julia Wendell, who in 2023 gained notoriety by claiming that it could be Madeleine McCann, has again insisted on her theory, now claiming to have new genetic evidence. According to Wendell, a new DNA test would reveal a partial coincidence with Gerry McCann, father of the missing child, contrary to the previous results that excluded any biological relationship.

British Madeleine McCann disappeared in 2007 at the age of three while sleeping in a tourist apartment on Luz Beach, Algarve, in a case that remains unresolved and over the years has generated numerous theories and suspicions. In 2023, Wendell, then 23, publicly stated that he could be the missing girl, based on physical similarities and the lack of information about her own identity. However, DNA tests at the time discarded any connection with the McCann family, confirming that the young woman had Polish ascendance.

Now Wendell again challenges these conclusions, claiming that a new forensic analysis would have found a 69.23% coincidence with Gerry McCann's genetic profile. According to the young woman, the tests were performed by a specialist in forensic genetics, who would “strongly support” the hypothesis of direct kinship. This information was advanced by the Daily Mail, which states that the new results would have been compared to biological remains collected at the scene of Madeleine's disappearance in 2007.

The young woman released the results on social networks, where she maintains her claim that she was the victim of a kidnapping and that her actual identity was hidden. So far, however, there are no official evidence that supports their allegations and McCann have not agreed to perform an DNA test with Wendell.

Since he began to expose his history on platforms such as Instagram and Tiktok, Wendell has been skepticism by authorities and public opinion. By 2023, a first DNA test had already shown that its origin was Polish, discarding its claim of being Madeleine. The young woman, however, insists that the new tests point to partially British and Irish descent, which, she said, would reinforce the possibility of being linked to McCann.

Despite these allegations, the British and Portuguese authorities continue not to recognize any credibility in their theory, maintaining that there are no concrete evidence that connect Wendell to the McCann case. The London Metropolitan Police have not commented on recent developments, and there is no official confirmation that the new tests have been led by credible or validated entities by independent experts.

At the same time, Wendell continues to disclose forensic comparisons between his face and that of Madeleine McCann, underlining similarities in eye and nose shape. The case remains involved in controversy, with the young woman insisting on her theory, despite the absence of scientific evidence or official validation.
