[Trending News] Solo Sikoa returns to SmackDown and attacks Cody Rhodes

Solo Sikoa had a terrible start to 2025 when he lost Tribal Combat against Roman Reigns on January 6 during Raw’s Netflix debut. As a result of that loss, Sikoa lost his claim to the title of Tribal Chief.

Sikoa appeared on the January 17 episode of SmackDown to presumably address that failure, but he walked out of the building without saying a word after the live fans heavily booed him in the ring.

We haven’t seen Solo since then, not even during last Saturday’s 30-man Royal Rumble match. That’s why it was quite a surprise when he ambushed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes with the Samoan Spike at the end of tonight’s (Feb. 7) episode of SmackDown.

Cody had just pinned Tama Tonga in a tag team match when a hooded figure suddenly appeared in the ring.

Earlier in the episode, Royal Rumble winner Jey Uso told Cody that he was undecided about which champion to challenge at WrestleMania 41. Jacob Fatu interrupted their friendly chat to warn them both that Cody’s belt is coming back to his family, but Jey sure as hell won’t be the family member who wins it.

Could it instead be Solo?
