[Trending News] Minister, IMO Secretary General meet on enhancing relations

Minister of Transport H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed Al Thani met with the Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) H.E. Arsenio Dominguez.

Meeting up on the sidelines of the inaugural edition of Seatrade Maritime Qatar, the two officials discussed Qatar-IMO relations in the areas of marine environment protection and Qatar’s support to global maritime industry.

They also reviewed ways to enhance those ties, in addition to highlighting Qatar’s positive and efficient work at the IMO Council in Category C.
